1. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you may manage your subscription via your profile/settings page, or contact our support team at profile.princeraj@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and instant utility provided, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the product or experience any technical issue that we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

3. Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 working days.
