Your files never leave your device during standard conversion. Processing runs directly in your web browser. (Except when you explicitly submit error reports for troubleshooting).

YOUR FILES, YOUR CONTROL
You control your data flow, including if and when files are transmitted for support.
- Explicit user opt-in for sending error/debugging reports
- Voluntary upload of debugging files deleted within 30 days
- Sovereign control over downloaded Excel outputs
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We store only account, billing, telemetry, and explicitly shared debug information.
- Account profiles (email address and credentials)
- Transaction and subscription metadata (payment IDs, signatures)

- Explicit support payloads (PDF files uploaded voluntarily for debugging)
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
We act as a Data Processor under India's DPDP Act, 2023, respecting your right to erasure.
- Data Processor status (the User is the Data Fiduciary under DPDPA)
- Account deletion initiates a 30-day deactivation period before permanent data destruction
- Restricted data access policies for administrative and support staff
